Who am I?
Well, I’m just a…
My name is Arantxa, a transformation enthusiast who uses cutting-edge technologies and innovative methodologies together with traditional tools in strategy and human resources. I really believe (digital) change can be both fun and people-focused, guiding organizations on exciting journeys aligned with their core values. Logical and creative, how can I help? 😀
Since I graduated in Chemical Engineering, I’ve carried consultancy in my veins right from the start. I’ve been both external (Accenture, KPMG, Deloitte) and internal consultant (Familia Torres, Danone Group, Hospital Clínic). I began my career immersed in process improvement, but quickly realized that the true essence of success lies in the involvement of people.
My approach blends analysis and practice, merging project management with team dynamics, strategy and technology, all infused with my passion for science fiction, cinema and storytelling. I constantly seek synergy between proven data and imagination, believing that work can be both productive and inspiring. My illusion is to create solutions that, in a fun and engaging way, ensure total team involvement turning work into an exciting and efficient experience. And I know it’s possible… because I’ve done it! Innovation and collaboration drive extraordinary results.
What is the illusion? What’s important to achieve it? I identify, design and adapt the content of a possible solution to achieve your goal involving everyone.
Change transformation, organization & processes, HR integration, IT innovation… I’ve been managing all kind of projects in all kind of sectors!
I can design, prepare, energize and establish how to follow all results achieved with a team, either for a single session or accompanying the different phases of your project.
I defend that all knowledge should remain in the organization, that’s why I help you to identify the best internal implementers and I prepare them to use the method.
Many times we start working on a solution for the wrong problem. We can save time if we spend a bit analyzing what we have, and where we really want to go.
There are a lot of techniques and methodologies, but it’s always important to use the ones that fit Values & Culture of the Organization.
All change involves taking risk, experimentation and mistakes! That’s why all teams need support and empowerment… and a way to ensure that they can continue without hesitation.
And what do I use?
Identify the SPARKS, apply your own story
1
Find the Sparks: recognize well the drawback, and be inspired with your new story.
2
Mold the Sparks: work on the details of the strategic lines to follow, go down to concrete actions and relate concepts.
3
Embrace YOUR OWN SPARKS: your story, delivered (and implemented).

…work and her ingenuity to make it possible. Thus, we managed to get the project to several thousand professionals of all categories in a little less than 5 years. She has an innate talent that, together with the virtues already mentioned, allows her to create/find the right path to achieve any goal. For me she is an excellent professional in all aspects, so I hope we can work together again in the future.

… a deep analytical ability to understand the current situation of a company, to know its challenges and, consequently, to propose new scenarios aligned with the strategic needs of the company. This is largely due to her experience both in consulting and with end clients, which allows her to define change management plans appropriate to the culture of each company. It is a profile that combines very well the organizational and process part with the sof part (leadership, teamwork, motivation, creativity…), also essential for the success of a project. As a leader, Arantxa has the ability to bring out the best version of each person, thanks to her orientation towards excellence and her ability to work, building a bond that intensifies the commitment of the teams to the projects.

… Her contribution goes beyond the fulfillment of tasks, as she seeks the consensus of the people involved in the projects, providing an objective and rational perspective. Her intelligence is reflected in her analytical capacity, in addition to showing different points of view. I would also highlight the integrity with which she handles each project and the clarity of her communications. Arantxa was an excellent colleague and a role model in terms of ethics and commitment.
