Project: Hospital of Values
We evolve our project “Emotional Ecology and Ethical Leadership” towards the “Hospital of Values”, thus finding a new challenge that shares the Hospital’s raison d’être among professionals, patients and citizens.
The Hospital of Values project at Hospital Clínic de Barcelona represents a strategic initiative aimed at embedding institutional values—trust, gratitude and generosity—into the very fabric of the organization, its individuals, patients, and the community at large. With a commitment to fostering a culture where values are not only upheld but actively guide decision-making and interactions, the Hospital of Values project aims to create a lasting impact on the ethos of the organization.

Target
The future Clinic of Values has internalized the Values that define it, with which it acts and governs all its activities. The values in the DNA, the basis of the Clinic’s Culture, Leadership and Brand. Philosophy of life, way of being.
What are we doing?
Having reviewed all the work done in the previous strategic plan, we now redefine, organize and establish the actions for each line of work, from the necessary internal training to opening up to the community.
What’s my mission?
As main Facilitator and co-leader, I constantly…
- Design and Dynamise all creative team work sessions in a fun and useful way, achieving the strategic guidelines of the project with the commitment of all parties. Train the trainers.
- Design team sub-circles (Agile Methodology) based on the established objectives, empowering their autonomous leadership and ensuring global coordination.
- Streamline and measure the expected results, obtaining the necessary resources so as not to stop the work of the sub-circles.
- Set up and implement the necessary tools for the development and dissemination of the project (first training materials, team retreats, presentations to the board of directors, internal and external website – structure &contents, merchandising, communications…).
