More projects
If you have already consulted in detail the most relevant projects (Hospital of Values; Strategic Plan; IT Organization; Team Alignment) in which I contribute/have been able to contribute my experience and knowledge during all these years of being a consultant … and you are still interested in knowing some more projects that I also consider interesting… thank you!
Small but curious projects:
VOLKSWAGEN GROUP ESPAÑA DISTRIBUCIÓN (VAESA)
In a team of two consultants, we wrote a handbook for dealers on how to sell used cars. We did a lot of research, pretended to be shoppers, analysed all the data and feedback we collected and designed a simple manual that explained everything, from how to get around the vehicle to what financing terms could be offered based on certain indicators.

When it seemed that selling cars online was going to be the revolution, we were asked to design the process from car configuration and accessories to vehicle collection and delivery. We defined the steps and designed the usability of the web screens for a better user experience.

INSTITUT D’ECOLOGIA EMOCIONAL
I designed and taught a course on self-knowledge through film, getting participants to identify their favourite film and which character they identified with, and from there we delved into more technical aspects through specific scenes. On the other hand, I designed and taught a course on film and relationships.

With the help of an external consultant, we designed a Design Thinking course for project managers, in which they had to go through the different phases of the methodology in a real project and test it in the corridors of the hospital. Fun and useful, we then created a call to action to ensure the continuity of the training.

VASIS CONSEIL
Summary talk on how to use OPEN AI, and specifically dall-e, in organizations. Because beyond the playful use, I have used it in dynamics at three levels: to break the ice at the beginning of a session, to describe a situation in a project and how each member feels about it, and even to define what is needed in the presentation when the starting point is not clear.

How can we talk about change management in a master’s programme where the (health) professionals are not familiar with the concept in their daily work? Well, by using the trailer of a film that is very far from their profession: a film about shoes. From the trailer, we talked about what it means to lead a project and the transformation activities required. It is seasoned with cases written specifically for the class, based on data and personal experiences lived in other companies.

PROBETA
After several experiences creating websites on cinema and coordinating critics to cover premieres and festivals, I made the leap into cultural management by co-founding and directing the non-profit association Probeta, whose aim was to organize debates between professionals from different disciplines, film screenings with discussions, exhibitions, etc., based on a single annual theme (e.g. light, time…). The idea was that the same theme could be interpreted or worked on from different points of view. From different realities… all complementary if we listen to each other, and learn from each other.
President and co-founder of Probeta
In order to create debate and a link between the needs of the strategic plan and the day-to-day work of the professionals, I structured the Cineforum at the Clínic (it was easy, i’m a film critic!): we screened films that had synergies with specific projects, with the values of the hospital… we showed a film every month and, with a moderator, we held a discussion with experts on the subject and hospital staff directly involved in the topic, with the participation of the public.
